北浦和駅からすぐで駐車場完備なのでアクセスがよい。 館内は狭いけど２階にあがる階段の周りに緑が多いのでいい感じの雰囲気でした。 4Ｄ岩盤浴のヒーリングプログラムを体験。 １回２５分と短くない？って思ってたけどなりの発汗量!! 色々な施設の岩盤浴の中でも上位にくると思います。 数パターンあるらしいので、１回入替えは少し残念… ほかのパターンも体験してみたい

北浦和駅から５分、小さいですが想像していたよりずっとキレイな施設でした。 １階が駐車場で、脇の階段を登って入る洒落た入口。（写真） 場所が良いためか、１０時の開店と同時に結構な客が入りました。 券売機で７００円の入館券を購入。 ４Ｄ岩盤浴というのが面白そうだけど、２５分で５００円と高めなのでパス。 内湯の主浴槽は「ナノ炭酸泉」という少しヌルスベ感のある湯で、これが一番人気。 この浴槽はかなり強めの「もみ効果付デンキ」も２座備えます。 あとは、４０度付近のヌル湯、寝湯ジェット、サウナ、水風呂です。 四角い浴槽を配置したレイアウトが洒落ていて、大袈裟に言うと、沢渡温泉の共同湯、四万温泉積善館といった雰囲気。 露天は、ＴＶ付の円形浴槽、つぼ湯、寝湯の洞窟風呂など凝ってはいます。 ただ全て真湯で、塩素臭も強めなのが残念。 浴槽は多いので、せめて「漢方薬湯」くらいあったらいいなと思いました。 飲む人は初めに「入館料・生ビールセット」を買っておくと中生２９０円の計算になります。 また、缶ビールの自販機があるのも良い。

初めて4D岩盤浴なるものを体験しましたが短時間でしっかり発汗できて最高でした
