"The Hotaka hot spring village extends across the foot of the Northern Alps. Kapporyokan Tenmankaku is built in a quiet forest with vacation houses and museums here and there. Tenmankaku is proud of its big and light baths. You can enjoy the view of the four seasons outside from the big window while you are bathing. In the open-air bath you can have a look at the star-filled night sky and the nature of the four seasons. The clear hot water which is filling the bath tubs is taken from the natural hot spring Nakabusa which is flowing through the Northern Alps. ｱﾙｶﾘ性単純温泉(ｱﾙｶﾘ性低張性高温泉) 加水･加温(冬季のみ)･循環濾過･消毒のお湯は無色透明無臭ﾇﾒﾘなしです。大浴場：内湯１個(一部浅湯･飲泉口あり)、離れ露天：巨大岩風呂のラインナップです。大浴場のみと、大浴場＋離れ露天の料金設定があり、大浴場と離れ露天は裸での移動は不可です。

【源泉温度】75.4℃ 【成分総計と泉質】480,1mgのアルカリ性単純温泉 【色】透明 【におい】なし 【味】なし 【浴感】ほぼなし 【温泉利用状況】加水有りの循環 【感想】やや古めの施設で、フロントのところに入浴料５００円という掲示があったので、立ち寄りにはある程度寛容であることが推測される。ゆったりした脱衣所を抜けると内湯のみの浴室がドンとある。桶もケロリンで、昭和感がプンプンする雰囲気である。内湯に湯気が充満していてモンモンしているのも、レトロ施設ならではと言ったところか。槽の湯はほぼ適温であるが、湯口は火傷しそうなくらい熱かったので源泉かと思われる。湯口の近くには飲泉用と思われるカップがあり、飲んでみると全くの無味無臭であった。湯は9mgCO3が含まれている為かなめらかな感じがする。他にこれと言った特徴はないのだが、静かに目を閉じてレトロな雰囲気でなめらかな湯を堪能するのも良いもんである。
