日帰りで利用しました。上階の受付から階段で上に上がると更衣室のロッカーがあり、そこからお風呂の方へ移動して脱衣場で着替えます。私が利用した時間帯は空いていたのでほぼ独り占め。こんな都心にジャグジー・サウナも小ぶりながら併設されていてゆったりした雰囲気です。ただ常連さんによると混雑している時もあるのでその時によって評価が変わるかも。ホテルなのでアメニティも充実しておりいい感じです。 ロビーからの眺めはとてもよかったです。ロビーで接客してくれる係員は対応は悪くはありませんが、質問をしても愛想がなかったりstaff's onlyのドアの向こうから割と長い時間お喋りが聞こえていたので受付の方の明るい接客に比べると対応が悪くその分－１です。 素敵な雰囲気のロビーで飲むお茶や軽食は美味しいし、満足度は高いと思います。

オープンの時よりだんだんお湯の色が薄くなってきてます。値段も高く浴そうもそれほど大きい訳ではないがロビーの休憩場からは仙台の街並みを一望でき高級感はあります

宿泊時に利用しました。温泉は工事現場で出てくる様な、茶色い色をしていて効能は・・・？ですが、旅行中のホテル泊で手足が伸ばせると言うのはとても良い。サウナもあるし、ジャグジーバスもある。バスタオルにタオルは使い放題。ドライヤー、歯ブラシ、櫛、髪を縛るゴム、あらゆるものがあり、手ぶらでＯＫ。但し、混んでくるとシャワーの数が足りず相当待つ事に。片付けてくれる方が常に出入りし、少し落ち着かない感じも。入浴後のロビーでのノンビリ感は良かった。温泉と思わず高級銭湯と思うと大満足かも。
