親を温泉に招待しました。部屋や温泉はいい感じでした。ただ、一人分だけ料理の鴨なべに鴨が入ってなく、食前酒もありませんでした。食前酒は持ってきてくれたのですが、鴨なべは何度いってももってきてくれず、フロントにも話してみましたが、担当でないとのこと。説明のないままホテルをあとにしました。対応がよければ他はよかったのですが・・・
