Kuabijita adult: 1,240 yen (weekdays only)
Kuabijita Children: 620 yen (all business hours)

かんぽの宿の健康増進施設、現在はスポーツクラブチェーンの 「セントラルウェルネスクラブ」 が、 ラフレさいたまの管理者になっているようです。 00年5月さいたま新都心街開き。 ラフレ開業は00年9月と記録。 01年5月浦和、大宮、与野の３三市合併でさいたま市誕生。、 新都心にある温泉として名を馳せた。 初入浴は三市合併前に果たしている。 当時から会員制でビジターは2時間800円で割と安く入館できた。 私たちが退館する時には入場制限が発生していた。 今回久々いってみた。場所は新都心西口より南方はずれ。 受付はビルの6階、 7～8階も同施設だ。 ビジターは全日2100円（終日全館利用可・券売機）となっていた。よりいっそう会員制色が濃くなった。 この金額だと入場制限などなさそうだ。 ちょっとためらったがせっかく来たので 奮発した。 なお、クレジットカードが入館料に使えたのかは不明。 受付より通路奥へ、縦長2段の仕切り付デラックスなロッカーに靴も納める。 浴室はタイル貼りで簡単な造り。狭く窓無し、カラン少ない。サウナあり。 スポーツクラブの汗流し浴室と云った処。 温泉ぽくなかった。 一応入り口にはサクラソウ温泉の表示あり。 シャワー室にもシャンプー、コンディショナーあり。 浴室のカラン席の少なさを補っている。 その奥は水着着用の25㍍プール 。 更に奥は温泉を使った温浴槽、歩行浴、露天浴槽他がある。 露天の温泉は陽を浴びて黄金色に輝いていた。 隣のビルと空の青さ、白い雲 都会的景観に浸る雰囲気が何とも良かった。 下には電車も走り覗き込めばトレインビューである。 利用料、ビジター 全館全日2100円 平日だけの 入浴のみコース1200円 入浴日 2011H23.7.23土2回目

宿泊の機会があったので利用したのですが 思ったより温泉らしい泉質でした。 色は薄黄色で味は確認してませんがしょっぱそうでした。 浴場とフィットネスエリアがあり フィットネスは水着着用、浴場はサウナあり 夜のさいたま新都心？合同庁舎ビルを見上げる 露天ジャグジーはよかった。

９月の平日に行ってきました。 ここは温泉施設というよりは温泉のあるスポーツセンターと いう感じですね。 おススメは施設中央にある歩行浴です。内側はゆっくり歩く 人、外側は早く歩きたい人のゾーンに別れています。がしか し一部コースに狭い部分があるために利用者が多いと渋滞気 味となってしまいますので注意が必要です。 45～60分この歩行浴を行って、一旦外にあるジャグジー等で インターバルを置いてまた歩行浴これを２セット位やると かなりな運動量です。 最後の締めは内風呂で身体をキレイにして終了というのが、 自分のここの利用パターンです。 おっと、忘れていました。歩行浴等を行う場合は水着着用 なのですが、キャップも必要となりますのでお忘れなく。
