クリスマスに久しぶりに行ってきました。 都会からのアクセスも良くリゾート気分を味わうには手頃な施設かと思います。お湯は期待出来ませんが、まあオマケ位に考えお食事やお茶でのんびりされるのが良いでしょう。

忙しかった３月によく働いた自分へのご褒美ということで、４月の平日に休暇をとって嫁さんと一緒に出かけました。昼食バイキング、立ち寄り入浴、18時までの部屋での休憩がセットになったプランです。温泉は、ナトリウム・塩化物・強塩冷鉱泉。泉温23.4度、pH7.5、無色透明塩味、加温・循環濾過塩素消毒ありで、源泉名は小田原温泉相望(さぼう)の湯と称しますが、風祭にある「八里」とはまったく異なります。著名な温泉地ではないリゾートホテルの温泉なので、湯使いは、まあこんなもんでしょう。自慢のはずの眺望も囲いが高過ぎてイマイチです。浴室は、温泉成分の影響からか、壁面や柱に使われている石材の傷みが少し気になりました。ただ、食事はおいしく、眺めのよい部屋でくつろげたので、総じてみれば満足です。温泉は脇役にして、食事や休憩などとセットにした方がいいと思いました。(2013年4月入浴)

ロケーションや設備はよいと思うのですが、食事に満足できませんでした。夕食は混んでいるので9時15分からと言われ、入ったところ10時には食事がさげられました・・。バイキング形式だったため、大変損をした感じがしました。朝食もバイキングでしたが30分以上並んで待たされましたが、中の席は空いていてがっかりでした。しかも食べ始めて15分後には食事がさげられる始末・・。マンパワー不足なのでしょうか。うまく回転していないといった感じでした。スパももう少し時間を延長すると、食事時間を待つ人にはありがたいと思います。お正月に家族全員で過ごすための下見のつもりで行ったのですが、やめる事にしました。
