霧島近辺のホテルでは、一級品と思ってます。建設当初から、５回は宿泊したでしょう。昨年、久しぶりに行きましたが、施設が古くなってもきれいな状態であって欲しい。岩の露天風呂は、大好きです。

霧島ロイヤルホテルの温泉に立ち寄り入浴をさせていただきましたが、フロントの対応がとても不愉快なものでした。泊り客にはにこやかに対応するのにくらべ私達には「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」の言葉もなく不愉快でした。お客は泊り客だけではないということをしっていただきたいものです。
