何年か前に社員旅行で一泊しました。 お湯は特に特徴がなかったような気がします。 宴会の食事はとてもおいしかったです。

秋口に他の旅館に浮気して初めてここの良さを実感。 バリアフリーをうたってるんだからお年寄りの多いのは当然。 館内の従業員の接し方も全ての方が気持ちいいです。 食事のわがままもちゃんと聞き入れてくれますし、宿泊間近には 再確認の電話もありますしね。 大浴場にパスタオル常備も当然のごとく。 今回は初めて夕朝とも食事は部屋でしたが、いつもの通り暖かいもの冷たいものと、とてもおいしくいただけました。 ただ別注のキノコ鍋が一人前なのに三人前程のボリュームで 食べきれなかったのが残念（笑） 河口湖の宿と言ったら私にはやっぱりここですね～

会社の友人なかよしグループで利用しました。 ホテルがバリヤフリーらしく 老年者や車いすのお客さんが非常に多かった。 （まるで病院状態）でした。 いいのですが、私どものように宴会やカラオケ大好きグループは残念ながら不似合いでした。 あなりリラックスはできませんでした。 食事はたくさんでましたよ！
