浜脇温泉共同湯の隣にある市営の総合入浴施設で、510円の料金で併設されたジムまで利用できます。露天風呂こそありませんが、サウナ、1人用のホーロー製の水風呂、ジェット気流風呂、歩行浴、泡風呂、寝湯、うたせ湯に主浴槽と一通りの設備は整っています。但し、主浴槽以外は掛け流しか否かは不明でした。別府温泉のイメージとは程遠く、一昔前の都心の健康ランド的な雰囲気でした。

１Ｆにあるのが共同湯の浜脇温泉で入浴料１００円。 ２Ｆにあるのがこのレジャー施設で、５００円。

温泉の浴槽も種類が豊富でトレーニングルームも利用できるとの事でしたが個性のない湯でした。
