隣接する「ザ・ブーン」は日帰り専用施設なので、仁別温泉では唯一の宿泊施設である。こじんまりした建物に相応なこじんまりした浴室で、林業者の研修などにも利用されている。 ココのオススメは、何といっても、併設する食事処「木こり庵」で供される、そば粉100％の十割そば。コレがなかったら、行く価値が半減してしまう、と言ったら言い過ぎだろうか。白い更級そばと黒い田舎そばの２種類があるので、食べ比べも楽しい。
